Local farmers are here for you during the outbreak of COVID 19. Many local businesses have teamed up to offer boxes of local food which can be ordered for pick up. Check in with you favorite farm market to see if they have something available. You'll be helping out our local farmers during this time.

A great example of what you can find is the Box the Grazery in New Paltz has put together. The Grazery refers to themselves the "Cheesiest Plant Store". They offer local fare from area farms like cheese, jams, pickles and more. They have come up with two different local farm boxes you can order based on what you might need.

Box 1 is $45.00 and you will receive:
1 dozen eggs. 1 pound of cheese 1 gallon of milk 1 fresh baked loaf of multi grain bread.

Box 2 is $85.00 and you will receive:
1 dozen eggs. 1 pound of cheese 1 gallon of milk 1 fresh baked loaf of multi grain bread
1 3.5 pound whole chicken
2 heads broccoli
2 bunches kale
5 pounds potato
1 pound mesclun greens

Pick up is at Grazery or it can be delivered in New Paltz on Friday. Cut off for orders is 10 AM Tuesday. Email grazerynewpaltz@gmail.com with you phone number so we can call you back to take payment and set up delivery.

If you are planning pick up you may want to check in with Jar'd and The Parish who are offering take out cocktails and food. Check with your local farm market to see what they are offering. Let's keep our local farmers going during this outbreak.
