The Admirals were trailing 9-5 at halftime after Horace Greeley got a quick 3-0 in the first 4 minutes. But in the second half Arlington began to play fundamentally sound lacrosse and outscored the Quakers 7-2.
Now that the winter sports season is officially over, it's time to look back at some of the best moments from the most recent boys & girls Hudson Valley high school basketball season.
The excitement was there, the student population was there, in fact it looked as though the entire town of Pine Plains was there, the only thing missing was the accurate shooting and stingy Bombers defense that we saw throughout the sectionals and regionals.
It doesn't get much better than a 1 point game with 10 seconds left on the clock for the win with a sectional title game on the line. Especially if your school had never won one in its history.
