Heart disease is something that we all hope we can avoid by live well, eating right and getting plenty of exercise. The American Heart Association has programs and information that can make all of us be more aware of what we can do to prevent heart disease. They help thousand of people each year learn important information about how to recognize the signs of a heart attack and what to do if someone you are with experiences a heart attack. The work that the American Heart Association does is very valuable to all of us and that is why all of us at the Wolf are proud to be supporting them and the Dutchess / Ulster Heart Walk that is happening this weekend.

Join me and the Wolf Crew this Saturday at the Student Union building on the campus at SUNY New Paltz for this years Heart Walk. You still have time to put together a team or you can link up with our team below. Registration Saturday morning is at 8:30am and the walk begins at 10:00am. Bring your family and friends, your kids and your pets for a wonderful walk that will be helping fight heart disease. Life is Why we walk.
