If you haven't heard, our favorite Facebook-video-posting-country-crooner Kane Brown signed a pretty big record deal yesterday. News broke yesterday that Mr. Brown signed a brand new deal with RCA/Sony Records. Kane stuck to his roots and with the support of his fans was able to launch a country career.

If you're a fan of Kane and his rise to fame then you're going to like Taylor Ray Holbrook. After graduating from college Taylor Ray started working as a lumberjack in Virginia. While he was working he would use, the 6 second video app, Vine to record himself singing along to country songs on the radio. People noticed. His Vine's quickly started making the rounds, then Taylor Ray started posting covers on Youtube. Taylor's fan base grew and that led him to auditioning for American Idol. Unfortunately, he didn't make it past the Hollywood rounds, but he gained an even bigger following. Take a look at his story:

Last week Taylor Ray independently released a single to iTunes. And it took off. The song is called "Tie Me Down." For a while it had cracked the Top 40 iTunes Country chart, momentarily beating out artists such as Cam and Brett Eldredge. Take a listen to "Tie Me Down." Can you see Taylor Ray becoming the next big thing in country music?
