It seems every Sunday I spend time just listening to music. I have done it ever since my Mom and Dad got me my first record player. My parents always had records on in the house. We were the family with the not so fancy Hi Fi, but it was always turned up loud enough to be heard in every room.

So each Sunday as a tribute to my childhood and because I can't seem to break the habit, I turn on the computer (the 2015 version of the Hi Fi) and crank up the tunes. Sometimes on the radio, sometimes on spotify and sometimes I just load up YouTube. It is great to catch a video with a tune.

By the way 943 973 The Wolf has a YouTube channel make sure you check it out and subscribe to it.

So on today's playlist is a song by Rascal Flatts, Bless The Broken Road. It was the number one song this week 10 years ago on Billboard's Hot Country Chart. Rascal Flatts version was the highest charting release of this song and their version also won a Grammy Award for Best Country Song. Bless The Broke Road was co-written by Marcus Hummon, Bobby Boyd and Jeff Hanna in 1994. The first to record this song was the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band in 1994 then Marcus Hummon released it in 1995.

And as you know CJ loves to tease Jess with this song. Enjoy the Grand Old Opry Version, turn it up and sing along.
