Dry drought conditions have more Hudson Valley areas declare states of emergency and water restrictions.

The rate of rainfall caused major flooding in the Hudson Valley, leading to a State of Emergency and restricted travel for some areas.

The current winter storm (Feb 1, 2021) has resulted in Ulster County Executive Pat Ryan declaring a State of Emergency for the County.

A State of Emergency in Sullivan County has also been issued.
