A Hudson Valley High School has announced a benefit concert that will help remember a soldier from Ulster County who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Today marks one year since we lost a local hero. April 28, 2014 was a tragic day for the Farrell and Stokes families and all of us in the Hudson Valley.
