Bacon

It's the beer, bourbon and bacon festival at the Dutchess County fairgrounds. General admission tickets will get you into the festival starting at 2pm.

I am amazed that this hasn't been offered at any of the fairs.  I can only hope that will change this year!!!!

A roses by any other name is just a flower but a rose made of bacon and dipped in chocolate is genius
