A Quiet Place

It looks as though a blockbuster film shot here in the Hudson Valley is officially getting a sequel.

The Hudson Valley has a handful of drive-in movie theaters and a few are opening for the season this weekend. One theater is even doing a special showing of 'Avengers: Infinity War.'

A Quiet Place was a smash hit at the box office and was filmed right here in the Hudson Valley. More and more films that were filmed in the Valley are being released to the big screen.

The thriller which shot in New Paltz, Beacon, and Pawling has become a runaway success.

The movie was filmed in Dutchess and Ulster County and is generating a lot of buzz.

The world premiere of the locally-shot movie brought the house down at South By Southwest.

South By South West is one of the biggest entertainment festivals throughout the year. Even though it takes place in Texas, the Hudson Valley will be well represented.
