The low-pressure system that helped to bring us the wet weather for the past few days, has moved away and sunny skies will return to the Hudson Valley.  Wednesday will be mild and dry with temps in the 50’s.  The dry weather will continue into Thursday and Friday, but it will be much cooler.  Daytime temps will be much colder.

Here’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:

Wednesday:  Mostly sunny, with a high near 59. Southwest wind 7 to 10 mph.

Wednesday Night:  Mostly clear, with a low around 39. West wind 5 to 7 mph.

Thursday:  Sunny, with a high near 52. Light west wind.

Thursday Night:  Partly cloudy, with a low around 30. Light north wind.

Friday:  A chance of showers, mainly after 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 47.

Friday Night:  Showers. Low around 39.

Saturday:  Mostly sunny, with a high near 46.
