While reading some of my favorite sites at lunch on Friday, I stumbled across a really great blog post by Kari Kampakis, who after the untimely deaths of some Moms in her town, started wondering what advice would she want to make sure her girls had if she wasn't around to give it.

So, difficult as it was to do, she wrote it down and was gracious enough to share it. I, in turn want to share it with you.
