After some very strong storms, that moved through the Hudson Valley on Tuesday, the rest of the week’s weather will be pleasant.  Those storms were part of a cold front that moved into the area, and really put down a lot of rain.  Places like Saugerties and Kingston saw 2-3 inches per hour rain in a short amount of time.  That cold front has ushered in much more pleasant weather.  Cooler temps, plenty of sunshine and low humidity.

Wednesday night, we’ll get back into the 50’s, haven’t seen that in a week or so.  Most days will stay in the mid 80’s with a lot of sunshine.

Here’s the latest weather forecast from the National Weather Service:

Wednesday:  Sunny, high near 83.  A light north wind.

Wednesday Night:  Mostly clear, with a low around 52.

Thursday:  Sunny, with a high near 84. Light north wind.

Friday:  Sunny, high near 87.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 83.
