There's nothing more important in the Hudson Valley than a local business. We have watched some of our favorite restaurants and boutiques close down in the last two years.

New businesses have bloomed within the Hudson Valley.

Thankfully, the community has watched new businesses come in. More than ever, it's important that we continue to show our support for them.

Recently, a brand new sip and paint space called ARTBOXstudio will be also opening in the village of Montgomery. A new seafood restaurant called Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar will also open in Middletown.

New businesses mean more places to visit, explore and take part in.

A new crystal shop called Sage Moon Botanical opened its doors in Walden while 88 Charles Street Restaurant has opened under new ownership.

There is so much positivity happening in the Hudson Valley, thankfully we are here to witness it all and visit the new locations.

Residents of the Hudson Valley showed their excitement when this new business opened its doors.

Not too long ago, Corey's Pickles opened up in the Village of Montgomery. I always saw these pickles throughout the Hudson Valley and wondered where they were located. They found their new home that can be visited by local residents now.

Corey's Pickles & Local Marketplace

This locally owned, family business is already taking off. Their pickles are not only mouth-watering but also vegan and non-GMO. Along with their newest shop in Orange County, these pickles can be found throughout the Hudson Valley at festivals, farm stores, and more.

Corey's Pickles come in a wide variety of cuts, sizes, flavors, and quantities. They can be purchased as wholesale options for restaurants as well.

Along with Corey's Pickles, Sacred Herbs of Middletown is also paving its way.

Sacred Herbs

Middletown, NY 12401

Sacred Herbs is a holistic herbal remedy company that focuses on ingredients that are sustainable, organic, and good for our overall wellness. Their candles have one-of-a-kind scents and are handmade. Along with their candles, Sacred Herbs also has soothing, specialty teas and essential oil roll-on products. The tea options sound like something that everyone could use such as stress release, headache relief, immune support, and more.

Together, the two businesses created a pickle candle.

Corey's Pickles and Sacred Herbs came together to collaborate on the most perfect idea of a pickle in a candle. Honestly, these are two of my favorite things, food, and products that smell good.

How did they create a candle with pickles?
