Penny Social, Chicken Parm and Ham This Week at HVFD’s

The fun list of things to do at our Hudson Valley Fire Houses continues to grow weekly. Our local fire house's are ramping up their monthly events. Pancake breakfast, Pasta dinners plus flea markets and more have started populating our calendars. These monthly fundraiser are a staple for quite few of our local fire department. It helps with raising money for services, equipment and other items that these organization need to assist their communities.

April 6th (Saturday) - The Highland Hose Co. Ladies Auxiliary is holding a Penny Social. Time: 5pm with calling starting at 6:30. Location: 25 Milton Ave., in Highland. Special raffles, door prizes and refreshments. The whole family is welcome.

April 6th (Saturday) - Chicken Parm Dinner at the Esopus Fire Department Time: 5pm to 7pm. Location: 1142 Broadway (9W) Esopus, NY. Cost: $15 per person $25 per couple.  April 6th (Saturday) - Salt Point Fire Company is holding their annual Ham Dinner. Time: 4 pm to 7 pm. Location: 30 Cottage Street in Salt Point. Menu: Ham, Scalloped Potatoes, Green Beans, Apple Sauce, Rolls and Dessert. Cost: Adults $12, Seniors and Kids (12 & under) $10. You can dine in or take out. April 14th (Sunday) - Washingtonville Fire Department is having their annual Palm Sunday all you can eat breakfast with the Easter Bunny. Time: 7:30 am to 11:30 am with the Easter Bunny arrival at 8:15 am. Location: 89 East Main Street in Washingtonville, NY. Cost: Adults $7, Seniors $6, Kids $5 (845) 496-8591.
