Some people got to hang out with their favorite celebrities while eating at a restaurant here in New York.

There's no better experience in New York than running in to someone famous. No one ever said they had to be real. That's just getting picky. An iconic restaurant is pairing good eats with wax statues. You'd have to be a total dummy not to enjoy that winning combination.

The pandemic brought us some weird things that we thought we'd never see and just because we're slowly escaping the devastation caused by COVID-19 doesn't mean we won't see normal any time soon. It's hard to believe but there are still parts of New York that have had heavy restrictions on their indoor dining experience.

According Deadline, The famous Peter Luger Steakhouse in Brooklyn recruited some famous faces from Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. New York City is opening indoor dining at just over 30% capacity and we've seen many restaurants in the Hudson Valley use dummies to help space out customers. Deadline reports that is exactly what they did at the Peter Luger Steakhouse.

Madame Tussauds Wax Museum loaned a few wax figures to the restaurant to help occupy some tables. Customers got to hang out with Jimmy Fallon, Audrey Hepburn, Al Roker and Jon Hamm.

Have you been to Peter Luger Steakhouse before? If you haven't would go to now if you got to see some wax figures from Madame Tussauds? The tour at the museums are pretty pricey. It'd be kind of cool to get a steak and a little show.
