This week Governor Hochul placed many parts of the Hudson Valley and Upstate New York in a State of Emergency due to severe winter weather. Some parts of the Hudson Valley reportedly received over 2 feet of snow. The storm also left thousands without power. Some parts of the state were hit much harder than others.
