Zac Brown Selling $3.25 Million Waterfront Mansion Amid Divorce

Zac Brown has listed his astonishing lakefront mansion for $3.25 million, and pictures show a perfect mix of luxury and casual living.

The Zac Brown Band frontman and leader listed his 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 9,448-square-foot estate in Cumming, Ga., on Aug. 27, according to online real estate sites. His asking price breaks down to $344 per square foot and a monthly payment of $20,772.

The jaw-dropping home sits directly on the water at Lake Lanier. The gated property offers all of the highest-end amenities, including a gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances and a walk-in pantry, a soaring great room with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings, a fireside breakfast room and a screened porch that boasts extraordinary lake views.

The house also includes a primary suite with a separate fireplace, double sinks and dual walk-in closets, a home theater, a gym and spa, a game room with a bar and much more.

The exterior of the house is just as impressive. The expansive estate includes a large deck with a heated infinity pool and spa, a two-slip, covered cedar dock with a party deck, a detached boat house and more amenities that make it a perfect residence for outdoor entertaining and recreation.

Brown listed the house amid his divorce from his second wife, Kelly Yazdi. He shares five children with his first wife, Shelly.

The musician tells People the spectacular lakefront residence “has been an incredible home for me and my family," adding that he's “sad to let it go, but excited for some new memories to fill up the place.”
