It seems that a miscommunication led to some disappointed fans at Zach Bryan's Atlanta shows over the weekend.

The singer's 2024 Quittin' Time Tour landed at the city's Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Aug. 10 and 11. The bill advertised Sheryl Crow and Levi Turner as opening acts, but Crow never took the stage.

On social media, some fans said that they learned about the lineup switch at the last minute.

"Devastated to learn that Sheryl Crow is no longer opening for Zach Bryan in Atlanta," one user tweeted on Aug. 9, just one day before the first of the two concerts.

Other fans appeared to walk into the show expecting Crow to be there. "Zach Bryan here I come please sing 'Picture' with Sheryl Crow so I can die fulfilled," another social media user wrote on Aug. 10.

After the fact, Crow caught wind that some fans were disappointed by her absence, and she hopped on social media to offer her apologies.

"I'm so sorry to those who bought tickets to see me open for Zach Bryan at [Mercedes-Benz Stadium] this weekend and were disappointed that I wasn't there," she wrote on X.

Crow said that she'd actually canceled her opening slot several months earlier. "Back in March, we had to pull out due to scheduling issues," she continued. "I assumed Zach and [LiveNation] would make it known.

"I'm so sorry," she reiterated.

As of Tuesday afternoon (Aug .13), Bryan hasn't commented on Crow's absence on social media. However, plenty of social media users applauded his performance after the concert — even if the night didn't involve an appearance from Crow.

"Zach Bryan just put on a SHOWWWWW in Atlanta," one fan wrote.

The Quittin' Time Tour is scheduled to continue into December.
