It Is Editable

It isn't pretty but it was super yummy. It is Thanksgiving dinner all in one pot. Turkey Meatballs filled with homemade herb stuffing and dried cherries in Aapple cardamon gravy.

I am new to this thing called cooking but I really enjoy it. A great night of TV for me always includes the Food network. Thanks to Chopped and other programs I have learn to create and experiment with cooking all kinds of food, now if I could just work on presentation.

You may have heard that I recently had a very disappointing Thanksgiving. Because of the power outage I was unable to cook my first turkey. And then every time I planned to put the bird in the oven over the weekend the electric would go out again. Being a superstitious person I decided that I wasn't supposed to cook that bird, so I came up with a new plan. I got ground turkey and made PQ Thanksgiving Balls. (picture below).

I tried them out on a few of my friends last night and the reviews were good. What to make next .... stay tuned
