I Guess it Shocked Her I Want to Cook

You might have heard me talk about this, but I am a horrible cook.

It's just never something that has come easy to me, but one of my goals this year is to learn a few simple dishes.

Some people at work recommended using a Crock Pot because the recipes are simple and you come home to a nice, warm meal.

I put up an Instagram/Facebook story for some suggestions, and you all sent some great ideas for me to try, THANK YOU!!

I know my parents have an extra Crock Pot hanging around so I sent my Mom a text asking if I could borrow it.

Her response confirmed, I'm an even worse cook then I thought LOL

Before Thanksgiving last year, I remember there was the microwave turkey prank text going around, and I think my Mom wouldn't have been that shocked if she got that text from me.
