Hudson Valley Man Admits To Possessing Meth

A Hudson Valley man admitted that he was hiding about two grams of meth during a traffic stop.

In Ulster County Court, 37-year-old Michael Notarnicola of Catskill pleaded guilty to a felony of criminal possession of a controlled substance, for possessing about two grams of meth.

In May of 2017, Notarnicola was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by New York State Police for an alleged traffic infraction.

Notarnicola confessed that was hiding methamphetamine in his sock and the car’s glove compartment.

In total, approximately two grams of pure weight methamphetamine was found in his possession.

Williams is scheduled to be sentenced in January.
