Frolic Friday With a Guest

8 year old Jacob stopped by the CJ in the morning show to show off his best frolic.

If you have no idea what "Frolic Friday" is all about, it started over a year ago as a way for us to hopefully make you laugh or at least smile at us looking like morons.

After months and months of Frolicking together, Jess and I finally got someone that wanted to frolic with us and his name is Jacob.

Jacob's grandma Ann got in touch with us and told us that Jacob looks forward to frolic Friday every week and would love to come and watch us frolic one day, so we invited them to come in today, not to watch but to frolic with us.....

Thank you again to Jacob for making our day.

As we say every week, if you had a tough work week or just need a little pick me up, nothing will make you feel better than a good ol’ fashioned frolic.

So drop your arms to your sides, point your hands out and start frolicking around. I promise it’ll make you feel better.
