Frolic Friday for Food Trucks

We need food! And we need to frolic!

If you don't know, this Saturday we are excited to be a part of the Peace Love and Food Truck event at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. It starts at 11 a.m. and goes until 6 p.m. and we feature live music, craft beer and over a dozen different food trucks. If you need tickets, grab them here.
If you look at the calendar real quick you will see that it's FRIDAY and you know what that means, it's time for another "Frolic Friday".

It's the time of the week that we let all the stress from the last week go and skip around like a bunch of morons....

It seems that anytime Jess and I have a conversation about something, like jump rope, it turns into a competition Be listening next week as we are set to battle each other with a jump rope and if you are having a crappy day, why not give a frolic a try? Go ahead I DARE YOU!!

Speaking of competition, don't forget that this Sunday, Aug. 20 we have our big go kart challenge at Overlook Naskarts in Poughkeepsie. It's Team CJ (Crash n Burn) vs Team Jess (Shake N Bake) were the winner gets braggin' rights and will probably never live it down. We will have a full recap Monday morning on the CJ in the morning show.
