About Instructor:

Patti Gibbons is a fine artist and designer who resides in Kingston, NY. She holds an AA degree in Visual Arts, and a BS and MS in Art Education. Patti was a public school art teacher for over 20 years, and now works from her home studio full time.

Inspired by women of the 19th century who designed handmade Valentines, Patti has been designing greeting cards for historic sites, private clients, and local specialty shops for the past 25 years. She incorporates sewing, watercolor, ink, antique, vintage, and specialty papers – to design one-of-a-kind framable works of art, and fine art collages.
