Join us for a weekend with the horses and a journey deep within yourself.
5pm Friday - Check in, take a tour of the farm, group greeting, and cacao ceremony. Dinner will be included.
8am - Wake up with a 7 direction movement meditation
8:30 - Breakfast with the horses
9:30 - Journey Meditation to Spirit of the Horse
11 - Hatha Yoga with Courtney Colella
12 - Lunch with the horses
1 - Personal Journaling guided by Pom and Ruby, our gentle draft horses. Sit in the paddock with them as they inspire your personal journey.
1:30 - One on one equine assisted experience. Enhance your personal congruency and authenticism as the horses teach you what you're really saying. Become truly present and mindful.
3:30 - Group equine assisted experience - enhance your communication and vulnerabilty with others in a safe place
5 - Dinner with the horses
6:30 - Closing ceremony
$250 Offering per person
SPECIAL - The first 10 people to sign up and complete payment will receive a 15 minute personal session with Willow. This can be for a personal reiki session or henna session.
