Country music and whiskey work together like Super Mario and Luigi, but a certain batch of these aged country classics come stronger.

Jack Daniel's inspired country songs by men like Eric Church, David Allan Coe and Alan Jackson are still worth raising a rocks glass to today. And while Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean and Toby Keith's additions to this list aren't tributes to the black label, they mention them in a way that let you feel their presence.

Newcomer Morgan Wallen is also on this list of Jack Daniel's inspired country songs. We've done straight drinking songs before and sure, some on this list can be found amongst this group of 100 as well, but Tim McGraw isn't referring to strange brew when he recalls a few southern staples in "Southern Voice."

Watch, sip, repeat if you'd like. Then be sure to subscribe to Taste of Country's YouTube channel so you don't miss next week's This List, an engaging series of conversation starters that debate country music, artists and lifestyles. Below you'll find the greatest protest songs in country music, or so we think. Let us know in the comments section if you think we missed something.
