Think back two decades -- to 1997. Were you celebrating the birth of your first child? Graduating from college? Getting your driver's license? Maybe you weren't even a twinkle in someone's eye yet -- or perhaps you were rejoicing in the birth of one of your many grandchildren.

In 1997, Shania Twain was releasing her iconic album Come On Over and heating up the airwaves with "Love Gets Me Every Time." Sara Evans was making her country music debut. Garth Brooks was becoming a crossover sensation (and still had a baby face!). The year was filled with new records from artists who were already superstars and those who were just getting started, many of whom are still making music today.
