I know, it sounds weird. How can anyone mess around with an original pizza recipe? But after our conversation about sugar on yesterday's show, I decided to go a little healthier for the day.

I found this very easy, and healthy, recipe for breadless pizza. I made a few changes here and there, but the recipe goes as follows.

What you'll need:
Cookie Sheet
Cooking Spray
1 Large Bowl
Spatula

Ingredients:

1 Cup Grated Raw Cauliflower
1/4 Cup Egg Whites (from the carton
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
1/8 tsp Basil (optional)
Tomato Sauce
Cheese of your choice

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Pour grated Cauliflower, Egg Whites, Garlic Powder and Basil into large bowl. Mix well. Use a spoon to lay out mixture on cookie sheet. You're going to want to form and circle and make it thin. I used my hands to get the perfect shape, a little messy but worth it.

Once you've formed your circle place cookie sheet in the oven for 25 minutes. Then carefully flip crust using spatula (I used two, just to get some leverage). After flipping, bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, your edges are going to be dark and crispy, it's okay it's supposed to look like that! Take crust out of the oven, let cool for a few minutes. After cooling get your tomato sauce and cheese. I didn't use a certain amount, just what looked right. It is a personal pizza after all. Put it back in the over on broil until the cheese is melted (around 5 minutes).

And there you have it! Your own personal Cauliflower Pizza!
