Another Stabbing Occurs at Orange County Bar

This is the second stabbing this year at this cocktail lounge in Middletown. 

Whisper's Cocktail Lounge on Route 17M in Middletown is doing anything but whispering as another person has been stabbed at the establishment.

On Thursday afternoon just after 2 pm, Town of Walkill police responded to an "assault" at Whisper's Cocktail Lounge.

Once on the scene, officers found the victim, a 29 year-old male, from Middletown, suffering stab wounds to his back.

The victim was transported to Orange Regional Medical Center by ambulance, where he is in stable condition.

This is the second stabbing that has occurred at Whisper's Cocktail Lounge. At the end of January, another 29-year old Middletown man was the victim of a stabbing at Whisper's. 

Doesn't seem like the best place to grab a drink.
