Alleged Harassment: Liev Schreiber Headed to Hudson Valley Court

Actor Liev Schreiber will be making an appearance in the Hudson Valley this Tuesday, but it's not in front of the cameras.

Schreiber will be appearing in court to face charges of harassment brought by a photographer in June. The Ray Donovan actor was accused after an altercation in Nyack over a photograph. Page Six reports that Schreiber was having his picture taken when the photographer claims he was harassed.

Schreiber's lawyer contends the actor only pushed the photographer's camera away after a flash went off in his face. Schreiber's legal counsel is prepared to explain in court that there was no physical contact with the person taking the picture. They are seeking to get the charge dismissed, but if that doesn't happen Schreiber will plead not guilty to harassment.

We'll find out exactly what the judge thinks on Tuesday after Schreiber appears in Rockland County Court. There is likely to be photographers on hand to catch the actor as he arrives in court. It's safe to say Schreiber will be on his best behavior despite all the bright flashbulbs.
