Most people like a good margarita. In fact, over 20% of people say they love Margaritas and are always searching for the ultimate margarita experience.

So now that it's National Margarita Day (Feb. 22nd), I figured I would share with you some places that not only make a good margarita, but most times can border on great.

Now I know not everyone will agree with this list, heck, it seems like there are hundreds of Mexican Restaurants throughout Greater Danbury, Dutchess and Putnam Counties, so picking the lucky seven wasn't easy. I just kind of went with my gut and all are places that I have been to and actually sampled their margaritas.

Since the pandemic started, and with all the dinning restrictions, it's been a little tougher to actually get into some of these places and it's almost impossible to get a margarita to go, so I'll just have to rely on past experiences.

Enjoy your Margarita Day and see if you can slip away and order one up today.....I'll take mine on the rocks with salt on the glass please!!
