It's usually frowned upon to talk about Christmas before we even get past Halloween, but I think this an exception.

The Orange County Veterans Memorial Cemetery will be hosting a Wreaths Across America Ceremony on December 16th as stated in a press release. From now until November 30th wreaths can be purchased for $15, or 3 for $30, at Veteran Service Agency at 111 Craigville Road in Goshen.

Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus said that his goal this year is to "put a wreath on every grave in the cemetery," Neuhaus continued "This event is a wonderful way to bring our community together during the holiday season and pay tribute to those who proudly served our country."

Wreaths Across America started back in 1992 when decorated volunteers places wreaths on the graves of fallen soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery. In 2014, Wreaths Across America, with the help of several organizations, met their goal in covering all of Arlington National Cemetery with 226,525 wreaths.
