What’s Your Favorite Crock Pot Recipe?

For the most part, we're all back to our regular schedules at least before New Years gets here.

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and enjoyed some holiday celebrations with your friends and family. I also hope that Santa treated you kind and you got everything you asked for.

Somehow, I ended up on the nice list and Santa gave me a brand new crock pot. As some of you know, I'm doing the real adulting thing now that I'm living on my own. I've always loved to cook and bake however I've never used a crock pot before.

My mom always made great beef stews and I have warmed chili up in a crock pot before, but never made a full meal out of it. For the past two days I've just been looking up recipes. I found some good ones, like chicken with sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts.

What's your favorite crock pot recipe? Do you have any advice for a new crock pot user?
