What’s the Weirdest Thing You’ve Ever Stolen?

Have you or someone you know ever stole anything weird?

We got talking this morning about the story from last weekend about the three people that walked out of an aquarium with a 3 foot shark and nobody noticed the shark was gone for 45 minutes.

According to Deadspin, two men and a woman went to the San Antonio Aquarium in Texas on Saturday afternoon and they grabbed a three-foot horn shark out of its tank.

How did they get it out of the aquarium? They grabbed Miss Helen (the sharks name) up and swaddled it in a blanket like a baby, then put it in a stroller and walked right out with it. Undetected.

They say horn sharks can only survive out of water for maybe an hour or two, and they need to be in warm saltwater to survive. The good news is that police did capture one of the thieves and Miss Helen is safe and sound back at the aquarium.
