Ways to Help Gatlinburg, Tennessee

Earlier this week we hear about the devastating wild fire that ripped through Gatlinburg, Tennessee. 

A lot of the artists we play on The Wolf have ties to Gatlinburg. We mentioned in the Giddy Up about Chris Janson's family loosing everything and how Travis Tritt and Chris Young were sending out their prayers and well wishes to all those effected. Dolly Parton's company Dollyworld was evacuated because of how close the theme park was located to the fires. Dolly graciously has stated that for the next 6 months she will be giving families effected by the fire $1,000 every month.

If you would like to help the people of Gatlinburgh I found a really great way you can help all the way from the Hudson Valley. I've been to Nashville a few times and came across this store on one of my last trips. They're called Project 615. Their mission is to "rehabilitate and help transform the lives of others who have been impacted by addiction, homelessness and mental illness." They make original Nashville themed T-shirts and I own a few myself. This week they released a shirt with 100% of the proceeds going to the Gatlinburg Relief Fund.
