Warrant Wednesday: Ulster County Man Wanted For Sexual Abuse and Endangering The Welfare of a Child
Unfortunately, every week, there is no shortage of individuals who are wanted by the New York State Police for any number of reasons. Each week, the New York State Police issue the outstanding warrants and they ask us all to help by spreading the word.The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and, while we have highlighted an individual here, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants below.
New York State Police Troop F, Highland, are looking for 32-year-old Joseph A. Sucato for sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child, and possessing a sexual performance by a child. According to the New York State Police, an investigation revealed that Sucato sent unwanted pictures of himself performing a lewd act to an individual. During questioning he admitted to the act and following a search of his phone, it was discovered that he had photos of child pornography. He was arrested and remanded to the Ulster County Jail, after making bail he didn’t return to court. A warrant for his arrest was issued by the Dutchess County Court.
