Warrant Wednesday: Orange County Man Wanted for Criminal Mischief

Here’s this week’s list of outstanding warrants issued by the New York State Police. This information is posted on their Facebook page every Wednesday, and they ask all of us to help spread the word.

Hudson Valley’s Troop K SP Middletown is looking for 25-year-old Donald Martin. The NY State Police state that he is wanted for criminal mischief 4th degree. According the NY State Police, Martin is wanted for breaking a window on a camper and damaging a Yamaha Rhino ATV by removing the ignition switch. Martin also used the stolen ATV to ride to an adjoining nursery and drove over numerous spruce Christmas trees destroying nine of them. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest out of the Wawayanda Town Court
