Saugerties police dubbed it a "Van Verses House." No, this wasn't a main event boxing fight, but a vehicle that crashed into a home.

According to the Saugerties Police Department, on Sunday just after 9:00 a.m. police responded do a 911 call of a report of a vehicle that crashed into a house located on West Bridge Street in the Village of Saugerties. The Saugerties Fire Department and Diaz Ambulance were also called to the scene.

A police investigation revealed that Steve Hall, who lives on same street of the accident, was driving a 2003 GMC Heritage Energy Van on Montgomery Street when he crossed the road and struck a telephone pole at the corner of Montgomery Street and West Bridge Street. Hall's car came to complete stop after it collided with the front porch of a house located at 106 West Bridge Street.

Luckily there aren't reports of any major injuries. Hall was transported to the Health Alliance Hudson Valley Broadway Campus Hospital and treated for minor injuries.
