Ulster Man Indicted on 22 Counts Relating to Child Porn

An Ulster County man arrested in September for possessing child porn was indicted Thursday in Ulster County Court on 22 charges relating to child porn.

According to the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office, 63-year-old Ernest M. Falconer, of Woodstock, was indicted on 12 counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child and 10 counts of possession a sexual performance by a child, all felonies.

On September 1, 2015 New York State Police at Kingston arrested Falconer for one count of possession of a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony.

According to New York State Police, on June 25, 2015 State Police conducted an investigation into the distribution of possible child pornography utilizing a known social network. After investigation a forensic analysis was done on Falconer’s computer and he was found to possess child pornography.
