Drake was arraigned in the Town of Wawarsing Court and remanded to Ulster County Jail on $50,000 cash bail, or $100,000 secured bond. Drake was ordered to return to the Town of Wawarsing Court on Oct. 7.

Also on Wednesday, Ellenville Police posted on their department Facebook page they are actively looking for a missing Ellenville teenager. Authorities are hoping for help in finding 15-year-old Noah J. Mccagg who previously made suicidal threats.
