Tunesday Tuesday

I am a music fan first and foremost and love that music is such a big part of my working life. I also have a very eclectic music collection of artists, albums, and songs.

I love discovering new artists, new-to-me artists, historical recordings, amazing covers, powerful tributes, you name it, I will listen to it. So with all of this in mind, I thought I’d share some of my music with you in hopes that you will share some of your music with me. That’s how Tunesday Tuesday came to be.

Each week I’ll highlight a song, artist, or album that has captured my attention. This week, I heard the new song from the artist who shared the stage with Chris Stapleton so brilliantly during the CMA awards. You've got it, it's Justin Timberlake. In case you didn't see their performances that night, here's what I am talking about.

I don't own any of Justin's albums, but he has always impressed me with his talent on shows like Saturday Night Live, movies, or sharing the stage with other artists, so he's certainly on my radar.

Last Friday, during a music listening session at work, where everyone brings an old favorite to listen to, my boss mentioned Justin's latest song, 'Can't Stop the Feeling",  and said he felt it would be the song of the summer. After listening to it about a hundred times and dancing to it with my grandson, I agree. You just might find yourself dancing to this at an upcoming graduation party or wedding. The video features the cast of Dreamworks Animated movie 'Trolls', starring Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendricks.
