In a blog post on the festival website, Taste of Country Music Festival broke down how concertgoers will be compensated for the cancelled Sam Hunt performance.

If you purchased a ticket for Sunday only you are entitled to a $35 refund. Tickets purchased with a credit card will automatically be refunded to the credit card starting July 7. However if you purchased tickets on site you must fill out a refund request form and have proof of purchase. This form must be filled out by July 10.

If you had purchased three-day passes to the festival, you will receive 10 percent off your purchase for the 2018 festival where Sam Hunt will be returning and Eric Church will be headlining as well. For those who purchased 2018 tickets already, you will receive an email with the discount code.

The blog post continued to explain, "Unfortunately, we will not be offering compensation for 2017 discounted tickets, radio winner tickets, or any other comp tickets. Additionally, we will not be able to provide compensation for ancillary items, like camping, parking, or ticket fees."
