The discussion is taking place at my house that comes around each year as soon as the evening temperatures begin to climb. Should this be the year we go camping? Somehow the question never get answered. It becomes more of a problem we can't seem to solve.

I think the difficulty is in one of the details. We always agree that we want to go camping. And we always agree that we must stop through a few National Parks. But that's where it ends. As soon as my family gets talking tent vs RV, the whole trip pulls apart and suddenly it is fall and camping didn't happen.

This year, we are going to prevent the impasse by going to the Northeast Outdoor Show in Rhinebeck at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds. On Saturday, May 19 and Sunday, May 20 more than 100 vendors will be all in one place to help you plan adventures outdoors. Campers, trucks, seminars, the latest equipment and more all in one weekend.
