We've seen a lot of proposal videos, and we've seen a lot of videos where soldiers return home to surprise their family. But on Saturday night, BOTH happened.
An Army soldier named Lance Corporal Chris Marr surprised his family and girlfriend at a Penguins-Red Wings hockey game. Then he got down on one knee and PROPOSED. GOOSE BUMPS!!!
