Not only do I like a good margarita and tequila to celebrate Cinco de Mayo...I'm all about the Mexican food too.

Happy Cinco De Mayo! It's a pretty dreary day here in the Hudson Valley, so why not enjoy some great local Mexican cuisine to turn your day around?
