If you have kids that are interested in animals this could be a great program to check out.

According to the Daily Freeman, the folks over at SUNY Ulster(Ulster County Community College) are now going to be offering a program that will be for the children that have an interest in animals and veterinary science.

The course is called the 4-H Introduction to Veterinary Science Program and it will be offered at SUNY Ulster at 491 Cottekill Road on Saturday April 29th from 9:30 a.m. til 2 p.m.

Kids that take the program will get to explore all kinds of animal science careers and learn practical skills from rehabilitation specialists, veterinarians, SUNY Ulster professors, students, and other area professionals.

The program will cost $15 for 4-H members and $20 for non members.

Space in the program is limited to 30 kids and registration is first come, first served basis.
