Ready for some fun summer nights at The Walkway Over the Hudson? This year, the Millman Harris Romano Foundation will present a series of free, family-friendly movie nights beneath the Walkway Over the Hudson at the Upper Landing Park, 83 North Water Street in Poughkeepsie during July and August. These movie nights have been coordinated with the Dutchess Dragon Boat Race and Festival, and the Upper Landing Park Community Day.

On July 11, the movie is Night at the Museum, Secret of the Tomb with musical guest Vito Petrocito, July 25 it's How to Train Your Dragon 2, and August 8 it's Grease with musical guest The Greyhounds. Musical entertainment will begin at 7PM, followed by the feature film at dusk, approximately 8:30PM.

This movie series has been organized to provide a free activity for the families of the community. Since these events will be at the Upper Landing Park under the stars, all attending are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to enjoy the movies. Viewing is on a first-come basis. Movie presentation will be cancelled in the event of rain. Free parking is available at the Metro North lots.

Further details and information about parking and scheduling can be found at www.upperlanding.org.
