State Police say a Sullivan County man was found to be in possession of a television and jewelry that were reported stolen.

On Tuesday State Police at Liberty investigated a report of a burglary at a residence in Parksville. The resident reported that a television and jewelry was taken from the home sometime that morning.

Investigators from the Liberty State Police barracks identified 39-year-old, Abraham Handler, of Liberty, as a suspect in the case. Hander was later allegedly found to be in possession of the stolen property while Troopers interviewed him.

Handler was arrested and charged with 2nd-degree burglary, a felony. He was arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
