New York State Police from the Cortland barracks arrested 33-year-old Lake Peekskill resident Anthony J. Massaro on charges of resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor, public lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor, and violations of disorderly conduct and exposure after a report of a disturbance on Tuesday night.

Troopers responded to an unknown disturbance report on June 19 at 9:17PM on TangleWylde Road in Putnam Valley. Upon arrival troopers found a highly intoxicated Massaro face down on the ground "screaming for help," according to the State Police. The troopers claim that when they began to assist Massaro he began undressing himself and becoming combative.  The partially undressed Massaro allegedly attempted to run down a public roadway to avoid apprehension, but despite his efforts the State Police took him into custody.

Massaro was issued appearance tickets for a July 7th court date in Putnam Valley and was released to a responsible third party.
