For Dave Clark and the foundation he began, the three D's stand for Disability, Dream, and Do and his empowering philosophy of not being afraid to try anything, no matter what, is a part of what makes the upcoming Baseball Camp for children and young adults with special needs, something not to be missed.

According to the Disability, Dream, and Do website, their events, which involve professional baseball, hockey, as well as college athletes, was honored in 2010 as Minor League baseball's promo of the year runner-up.

This year's event in the Hudson Valley will be held at Dutchess Stadium, the home of the Hudson Valley Renegades, on Saturday, July 15. Registration starts at 9:45 with lunch at 12:45. Participants, regardless of their abilities, will have opportunities to learn from professional players as well as coaches, plus get goodies like a free hat, shirt, lunch, and tickets to see the Hudson Valley Renegades take on Mahoning Valley the next day, July 16.

Spaces fill up quickly, so signing up early is a really good idea, and there's no fee to participate. Don't miss this chance to dream and do with your family.
